Here it is everyone, here’s the competition I was promising:
Up for grabs: Well Worn Words background stamp (brand new) – recommended retail is $33.95 plus postage and handling. Yours free if you win this competition!
What does it look like? Because it’s a current stamp in the Stampin’ Up! catalogue I can’t photograph it (copyright reasons) but scroll down a little to the “Thumping” post and you can see a card that I made using my own stamp (it’s the background). Here’s a card I found while surfing the ‘net using the same background. And another one.
How can I win this stamp? Easy! Just leave a comment in this post right here telling me your favourite Stampin’ Up! product and why you love it.
Can anyone enter? Sorry, only residents of Australia can enter this competition and only if you are not a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. If you live overseas and would still like to comment then I’d love to hear from you but please let me know so I don’t put your name in the competition.
Anything else? Yep! If you’d like a second entry into this competition then just place an order with me any time between now and Sunday 24th June. No purchase is needed for one entry – only if you’d like your name to go in twice.
When does the competition finish? The competition finishes on Sunday 24th June and I will announce the winner on my blog and also in my newsletter. If you’d like to subscribe to my monthly newsletter to receive more tips, hints and stamping ideas then just enter your e-mail address on the box on the right hand side of this page and click on “Join”. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Feel free to e-mail me on angelasargeant@gmail.com if you have any questions, in the meantime I can’t wait to read your comments.

My favourite stamping up product is so hard to choose. Mostly I would have to go with the stamps themselves. They are so easy to use, are clear and precise and enable you to make such terrific cards. Even the novice is able to create some amazing work thanks to the clever putting together of the stamp sets.
Thanks, I would love to go into the draw to win the background stamp.
My favorite Stampin’ Up! product has GOT to be the wonderful cardstock in so-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o many colors. No matter what type of mood you are in, there is a cardstock that will fit the mood. Happy? Try some YoYo Yellow or Cool Caribbean. Sad? Try some Mellow Moss and Very Vanilla. Tired? Try some Tempting Turquoise to pick you up. Classy? How about some Chocolate Chip and Pixie Pink. Elegant? How about the Basic Black and Whisper White. See? No matter how you feel, there is a color for you.
My favourite Stampin’Up product would have to be their catalogue. It has great colour combinations, great layouts, how to add embellishments, use punches in ways no one else had thought of, and just a wonderful reference of ideas.
When I have a mental block as to what to do, I look at my catalogue and it sets me off making a card, then I can vary ideas or colours, but it gets me motivated.
Hi Angela,
My All Time FAV product is the Stampin’ scrub… I use it everyday along with the Stampin’ mist…one of the things I use to dislike about stamping was the clean-up… Not any more..infact now its part of the fun :O)
Hi Angela
My favorite Stampin’ Up! product is the Stamp Positioner because it allows perfect image positioning every single time.
Love Coby
Hi Angela, don’t enter me in the contest since I’m here in the U.S., but I’d have to say that the SU cardstock can’t be beat. I love their stamps too, but the cardstock weight is wonderful, and there are so many pretty colors! Good luck to whoever wins your blog candy; well-worn words is a very cool background stamp!
Dear Angela,
I don’t have any Stampin’ Up products yet but I was at the Papercrafts Expo and saw them. I love the colours of the card and the way all the product colours match. When I looked at the catalogue I loved the Floral Background stamp.
Hi Angela,
My favourite Stampin’Up product is the SPRING BOUQUET FLOWER punch. I’m a sucker for anything that has daisies. When I saw the punch with the 3 flowers on it I just had to have it!!! It is quite versitile and gives you a choice of flower designs. Looking forward to seeing more flower punches in the future.
Thanks
Naomi
Hi Angela
I love so many of the Stampin’ Up products. It is rather hard to have to choose just one favourite product. However I do have on my wishlist to be able to own all the different punches. There is just so many times you can use the punches and they seem to add just the right touch to cards and help make it so much easier to punch holes for threading ribbon through etc…
Wonderful stamp you have on offer and I am sure will be well used by the lucky recipient.
Hi Angela,
My favourite Stampin Up product. OOOoo just one well I just adore using the stamps there are so many and so gorgeous. But my all time favourite especially for those that are just starting out is the Simply Sent it is a lovely mini set to kick start ones own creations. It has all the little bits you need to create lovely cards. So all that has to be done is make, create and send. A very clever set or gift to give someone.
Cheers
Lea
For sheer versatility, beautiful colours and endless applications for me it has to be…… Stampin’ Write markers!!!!!!
Ink where you want it, not where you don’t! Mix the colours, use them to ink stamps or colour in a stamped image. The perfect colour match every time!
Love ‘em!!!!
Cheers
Vicki
Hi Angela,
There are so many great Stampin’Up products that it’s very hard to choose. However, for me, I think the fact that the paper, inks , accessories etc all co-ordinate, would be my favourite thing. As I’m very bad at decisions it makes life sooo much easier, no hours of trying to decide what to put with what.
I can now produce many more cards.
Thanks,
Fiona
Hi Ang,
Don’t enter me obviously, I just thought I’d join the fun.
My fave product of the moment is the sponge daubers, but I also can’t go past the stampin’ scrub and the background stamps – where else can you get a stamp that covers an entire A5 card?

hi angela!
just found your blog via top50 – lots of cool ideas that i’m going to pinch (…i mean… borrow…)!
i love my artfully asian set – it’s new and i’ve already played with it heaps! love it, love it… i’ve got so many ideas for it, and it works with almost any colour combination.
ooh, and i love the *huge* surface of the innkpads – makes inking even big stamps sooo much easier.

gotta say I love the 2-step stamps, so many gorgeous alternatives – they really jumpstart the creativity

Hi Angela
I have not had the opportunity to play with much of the SU range, but I absolutely adore the stamp sets. I love how you can get so many ideas from just one set of stamps. I also love how precise and clean the stamped image looks. My favourite set at the moment just for a lighthearted card is “Very Punny”.
Thanks again for sharing your work and offering such beautiful blog candy.
Hmmm – I don’t have this background stamp Angela – pleeeeeeeeeease can I enter! LOL
Fav product?? Just one??? I have to say I absolutely CANNOT stamp anymore without the stampamajig – love this little sucker!
is it the Stampin’ Scrub ??? is the inspirational ideas from the catalogue itself ??? my favourite at the moment would have to be the mat pack … it is a very cool technique and it makes it soooo easy.
Hey Angela
I’ve so many fantastic stamps sets, I couldn’t choose. But you know what? I soooooooo love my Stampin Around Wheel Guide. I’d had wheels for years before SU came around and gave up on them coz I could never get them straight or even, whatever. Now with the guide, it’s fabulous, never a wasted piece of card or paper, and I love that you can have it extra long or in the L shape too.
