Gasp! Taking a big breath here as I’ve been off-line for two weeks. Thankfully I could still get emails from my phone so I wasn’t totally out of touch with the world. Anyway, while I sort out stuff that I’ve made here that I can upload, I thought I’d do a quick post to find out what everyone out there listens to while they stamp. I usually stamp with no music on (I enjoy the silence), but recently I’ve needed a pick me up so I don’t fall asleep at my desk… no not bored, just very hot in my office. So while I stamped I’ve listened to Aerosmith (my favourite stampin’ music) and even some (okay… big confession time here…) Wham! Hey, it’s perky! LOL.
So ‘fess up you guys… what do you listen to when you stamp? (and no, you can’t say “my kids whining”).

No Wham (though I still love em), but definitely some George Michael…but mostly it’s Michael Buble…I’m a dork, what can I say

I’m also a fan of the silence…..mainly ’cause I stamp in the wee hours and also because I’m too lazy……given a choice and a slave – I’d go for
– definitely an 80′s girl!!

I listen to vega 95.3 a lot, because although I am a teenager, I’m not really into any of the modern pop or rock or punk (for that matter) music. I actually don’t mind some newer country music-more of the pop/rock country though like, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, Lady Antebellum and Sugarland. I can stamp to basically anything though-most music genres and also in silence.

I usually like the “mostly silence” of my craft room but if my DH plays our favourite Country & Weston CD’s, well that cool with me too! very soothing!

Welcome back Ang! I love WHAM! too!! but I must admnit that I don’t listen to much while scrapping/stamping but love Michael Buble and Faith Hill, anything really that I can sing along to!
it’s been a long time since I listened to music while creating… I think because I usually have a definate idea of what I want to make and I’m worried the music will alter that! Instead I watch a lot of shows as my computer desk and craft desk are the one and the same. What I am watching is either the latest episode of something, a dvd off MIL or another movie that I have been hanging out for and know MIL will not have it. Which reminds me, must get Pan’s Labyrinth off MIL…
As hard as it is to admit this. I listen to the Backstreet Boys, Garth Brooks, Bee Gees, Johhny Cash, Pink, Chris Brown, Michael Buble and anything else that zones me out of the real world and into a creative world where there is no problems etc etc. (Yes I know the Backstreet Boys – cant help myself

I just love the boys – the Bee Gees but also many others – Crowded House, Fleetwood Mac,Bryan Adams. Hmm guess these kinda give my age group away LOL!

I love to listen to music while i stamp. Im definatley an 80s fan…Go Wham & what about a bit of Culture Club,J,Geils band,Dexys Midnight Runners love The Boss,Police & Fleetwood Mac. When the family is away i will even sing LOL!
Me, I like to listen to what ever grabs me, sometimes I’ll grab the Country Western CD’s, Walk the Line Soundtrack, Cyndi Lauper, 80′s CD and other times I grab th CD recordings of my Mum’s old LP’s Greatest Hits of the Everly Brothers, Champagne Polka!! I will pretty much listen to anything except the dance music and heavy rock.
