Swap Card

I just finished a swap with some of my downlines and now that everyone has received my swap card I can show you guys what I made too.

For this card I used a sketch that I found somewhere on the internet.  Don’t ask me where! I surf so much I’ve got no idea anymore… but if I ever find the site again I’ll let you know.

[photopress:Cherish___swap_card.jpg,full,centered]

The centre image has been stamped in Versamark and embossed with silver embossing powder then coloured in using markers.  To do the criss-cross on the right hand side, I pierced holes into the cardstock then sewed the silver thread through and lastly inserted the green brads.  The word “cherish” down the bottom was stamped by colouring in the word cherish from the Stampin’ Up! “Lexicon of Love” stamp set using a marker and then stamping onto the cardstock.  After stamping I punched the word out using the Word Window punch and then edged it using a marker.

Here’s the list of products that I used to make the card: (let me know if you’d like any more instructions ;) )

All products used are by Stampin’ Up! and available for purchase from me at angelasargeant@gmail.com
